How many meetings do you need from me?
Two! 2 is the miniumum meetings we need from you. Kickoff & Discovery and Brand Presentation. We can flex up to 4 for revisions, launch and post-project.
What's the timeline?
60 Days. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither and good, custom brands. While that’s our target, life does happen. We’ll outline our timeline and milestones with you and work around your schedule to accommodate your availability.
How will you deliver files?
Proofs will be submitted in PDF formats. Final files will be grouped into their appropriate folders and labeled accordingly. We’ll send you a single, secure link to access and download.
Can't open the files?
We use professional-grade, industry software. Not everyone will be able to open them. We’ll do our best to provide files in a range of formats. Need something specific, just ask.
What's the ownership of the work?
It’s yours! You’ve contracted us to create this work, so it’s your to use however you’d like. We do keep marketing ownership, allowing us to say we’ve worked on it and talk about it. If you need to adjust that (say signing an NDA), let us know that in our kickoff call.
How do revisions work?
For the sake of speed and efficiency, we restrict the revision cycles to 3 rounds of revisions. We’ll submit the concept + three opportunites to provide feedback and adjustments. If more cycles are needed, we’ll talk through that with you.
Can you provide ongoing support?
Absolutely! That’s part of why we created the bundles – to continue supporting your creative, branding and marketing needs. We offer retained creative services, on-demand art direction and per-project menu pricing. As we wrap up the bundle, we’ll discuss your options for ongoing support.
